Just updating KnightMan with a bug fix.

-Fixed a bug that caused several versions of Knightman to appear at the start of the level if the player had purchased the 3rd sword upgrade without purchasing the other 2.

-Sword upgrades are now locked if the player has not yet purchased the previous sword upgrade (excluding the first sword).
